Based on an antique Turkish signet ring. Seven diamonds set into the face. 1-3mm salt and pepper, 1-2mm white diamond, 1-1.5mm white diamond, and 4-1.2mm white diamonds. Made in solid 10K gold. Band is roughly 3.5mm at back and 12mm at center front.
