Order Processing

Each piece of LLA jewelry is designed and assembled in-house along with casting partners in NYC. We do our very best to process orders in a timely manner, usually within one week. However, depending on stock, sometimes things take a little longer. That’s the nature and the uniqueness of each handmade piece that you will cherish for years to come.

If the piece you have chosen is a OOAK (One Of A Kind—which includes most of the Karat / Collection), these will ship in one to three business days.

Please refer to each individual listing for more specific shipping and delivery timelines. We cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages once your order has left the studio. If you have any questions at all, please reach out.


We offer standard flat rate shipping in the contiguous US for $10. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 ore more in the contiguous US. And $20 for expedited orders.

We offer standard flat rate shipping in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico for $15. And $30 for expedited orders.

We offer standard international flat rate shipping to European countries for $15 And $30 for expedited orders. 


We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, returns are allowed for all items (excluding custom pieces, engraved/stamped items and gift cards) within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via email hello@lindseylallen.com to initiate this process and to verify that your item/s are eligible for return. 

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping items back and shipping costs. Refunds for the item amount will be issued once received back in our studio in their original condition.
